“The Lord will keep you from all harm—
He will watch over your life;
the Lord will watch over your coming and going
both now and forevermore.”
~ Psalm 121:7-8, New International Version
It is in our nature to seek recognition in our jobs, our lives and even in our service at Church. But the Holy Spirit [along with God’s Word] reminds us to do exactly the opposite. Not only does it aid in keeping us humble, it also may be God’s means to protect us from things we cannot see – but He can.
If God is hiding you Beloved, stay hidden.
Embrace the season that He’s placed you in.
Praise Him from the valley as you would do from the mountaintops.
Get on your face before Him and share your concerns; and let His peace that surpasses understanding flood your heart and mind.
Because when no one sees you [or it seems that way], know that He ALWAYS does!
“So be content with WHO YOU ARE, and don’t put on airs.
God’s strong hand IS ON YOU; He’ll promote you at the RIGHT TIME.
Live carefree before God; He is most careful with you.”
